Samantha Hudson
(she/her)
Samantha (she/her) is a compassionate, relatable, and approachable therapist in Ontario. She has a Master’s in social work from the University of Windsor, a Bachelor’s in Social work from Lakehead University, and a social service worker diploma from Sir Sanford Fleming college. Sam works with children, youth, and adults. As a registered Social Worker, Samantha is able to provide counselling to those in Ontario and will soon be able to provide counselling to those in Saskatchewan. Her services as a Registered Social Worker are covered by most insurance providers.
Sam’s passion for therapy work derives from her personal experience of what it’s like to feel ‘different’ from the status quo. Growing-up with neurodivergence has its challenges that she knows personally and professionally, and each journey is a unique and individual one. Sam’s approach is collaborative and authentic, pulling from anti-oppressive, and strengths based approaches.
Samantha considers herself a generalist-eclectic social work practitioner, which is to say that no one theory is ascribed to, but different pieces of theories for intervention and therapy are used based on each unique presenting need. Samantha uses a combination of intuition and evidence-based practice, using therapy as both a human science and an art form. These techniques can be a combination of Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, Queer theory, Mindfulness, and more. Sam mainly specializes in neurodivergence, neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, grief, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, stress, and more.

Judith Kovalski
(She/They)
BA, BSW, MA, MSW, RSW
Judith Kovalski, BA, BSW, MA, MSW, RSW, RSW (IJE) has been a Social Worker since 1995. She has lived and worked in Montreal, Chicago, Toronto, Middle East, Petawawa, Ottawa and now call Alberta my home. Judith experienced the HIV/AIDS era of the 1980s and 1990s and lived through the impact it had on my community. It was a time of tragedy, yet it was also an era filled with incredible stories of strength and resilience. That period of time was foundational to how she created her therapeutic focus. Having seen the devastation caused by narrow-mindedness, prejudice, discrimination and injustice towards the people living with the virus, a fire was lit within her, and she never looked back.
She made a promise that no one’s story would ever be silenced again and has made it her life’s work to listen to anyone who would honour her with their recounting of their journey. Judith offers virtual care, completely free of judgment, based on sound therapeutic modalities that help her clients navigate rough waters. She is fully trained in CBT, CPT, PE, MI, EFT-I, along with many other tools and techniques.
Judith is a Registered Social Worker in Alberta (#16682) and holds Interjurisdictional Electronic licenses in Saskatchewan (#7555) and Ontario (#821779). She works with clients 18 years of age and older.
