Phoenix Hourie, BSW, RSW is a two spirit, non-binary, Red River Métis counsellor who draws from a variety of therapeutic frameworks such as CBT, Strengths-based models, harm reduction, and Expressive Arts Therapies. They believe relationship building is key for effective counselling and strive to foster relationships that feel safe, empowering, and affirming. Phoenix currently works with individuals of all ages, focusing on gender and sexual identity, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, Indigenous culture and identity, relationships, and trauma. They are sex positive, sex work positive, kink informed, trauma informed, and aims to provide services that are actively anti-oppressive. They’re a Registered Social Worker in SK and MB offering individual sessions and is an NIHB practitioner in both provinces.

Jamie Maher, MSW, RSW is a Mi’kmaw, queer woman who works with youth and adults to address concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and intergenerational trauma. Jamie’s practice is queer-affirming, anti-racist, sex-positive, body-neutral, polyamorous-informed, and feminist. As an integrated therapist she has dedicated training in Internal Family Systems IFS, Narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and ACT. She recognizes that marginalized communities are disproportionately impacted by mental health struggles within intersecting oppressive systems, and as an Indigenous queer fat woman, Jamie brings an awareness of mental health, addiction, and stigma through lived experience. Emily Ritenburg, MSW, RSW is a queer and neurodivergent counsellor working with clients 12 and over, specializing in areas related to gender and sexuality, sex work, complex trauma, substance use, and neurodiversity. She’s experienced in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, and disordered eating. Emily also provides relationship services that are inclusive of monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, kinky, and non-traditional relationship orientations. Their approaches are grounded in psychodynamics and draw on attachment theory, IFS, DBT, somatic psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
